My Story
My journey in medicine began with a degree in pharmacy, graduating cum laude from Northeastern University’s College of Pharmacy in 2012. I started my career at Walgreens, but within just eight months, I realized I was seeking something more meaningful and personalized in my work. That search led me to a small, independent compounding pharmacy that specialized in hormone replacement therapy — and ultimately changed the course of my career.
It was there that I met my mentor, affectionately known in the community as “the hormone queen.” Under her guidance, I learned how to assess hormone-related symptoms and tailor treatment to the individual needs of each patient. Over the next ten years, I refined those skills, integrating emerging research and treatment modalities to better serve my patients.
Still, I felt called to expand the scope of care I could offer. After careful reflection, I enrolled in the Physician Assistant program at Nova Southeastern University in May 2022. Twenty-seven months later, I graduated with honors, passed my board exams, and launched a new chapter working in the fast-paced environment of the emergency department. I chose this path not only for the clinical challenge but also for the flexibility it offered — allowing me time to pursue my vision of launching a private practice focused on hormone health and wellness.
In an unexpected and humbling turn, I was invited in March 2025 to join the faculty at my alma mater as an adjunct professor of pharmacology for their Physician Assistant program — a role I proudly accepted.
And finally, in May 2025, I opened the doors to Your Best Life: Health and Hormone Management. I’m honored to bring years of clinical experience, a deep commitment to individualized care, and a passion for helping people feel their best — from the inside out.
